Well-kept hotel in an absolutely perfect position by telephoning the shop to ensure the item we required was in stock so saving us a wasted journey. Location just off the town centre, Woking, and the restaurant for dinner or breakfast.

Really good stay, as always. A nice size and well-kept room with a renovated bathroom and thoughtful tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The attached restaurant on the premises.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, situated on a very busy dual carriageway near the city center of Guildford. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring that the basic amenities are always in order. The rooms are spotlessly clean with newly renovated bathrooms, featuring walk-in showers. The breakfast included in the stay offers a good choice, satisfying all tastes.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The beds are very comfortable, including the pull-out bed for our little one. The cleanliness is top-notch and it's great that we could book online without a deposit. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the city center. Despite being on a busy road, the rooms have good air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the heatwave. Breakfast is included and there is plenty of choice, with a double bed and a small couch in the rooms.
All was fine, no improvements necessary.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Guildford, allowing easy access to the city's attractions and amenities. the restaurant is also situated within the hotel, providing a convenient dining option without having to go outside. the staff is helpful and accommodating, as mentioned in one review where they assisted guests by telephoning a shop to ensure a specific item was in stock. This attention to detail saved the guests from a wasted journey.
One negative aspect mentioned in a review was the lack of available breakfast items, such as juice, milk, and cereal, even though breakfast was served until 11:30 am.

Comfy bed and pleasant room. Convenient location near the A3 and Beefeater restaurant.- Friendly and helpful staff.
Renovation work happening even on weekends, with a strong smell of paint in the room. Lack of useful lighting near the mirror and no socket to charge my razor.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel very welcome. All the staff, both in the hotel and the Beafeater restaurant, were friendly and helpful. the facilities for disabled guests were excellent. What stood out the most was the incredibly comfortable bed - it made for a perfect night's sleep. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with the added bonus of kids eating for free. the location was ideal, just on the outskirts of town, with easy car access and plenty of parking available. the room, although basic, was good value for money and cleaned daily. We would definitely consider staying here again. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

Liked the convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. appreciated the on-site parking and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. A great plus was the friendly staff who were always helpful and welcoming.
Disliked the noisy roadworks outside at night, which disturbed our sleep. the breakfast staff could be more smiley and friendly towards guests.
